Unlike some competing products, our hydrographic helmets are completely covered with stylish graphics, and the designs are resistant to scratches and fading. You'll find most of our patterns in stock, and they should be available for immediate shipment.
Some popular designs that you can choose from are Army Men Khaki, American Flag Camo, American Biker, Digital Camo and Cartoon Sticker Bomb. Since the graphics completely cover the exterior of each helmet, you don't have to worry about peeling or fading. Every hydrographic safety helmet is individually dipped, which gives it a unique design. The base helmet that we use to make our hydrographic products is the ERB Omega II, and the process starts with a top coat of PPG automotive paint. Once the helmet receives a top coat, it's dipped into a custom ink design, and a glossy clear coat is added to preserve the design.
Although the process sounds easy, it's a lot of work, and once you receive one of our hydrographic helmets, you'll appreciate the work that went into creating it. Depending on your needs, you can choose from cap or full-brim styles, and we should have both styles in stock.
